Service Repair Review Bought a used truck and third party warranty, transmission cooler failed and Theresa was on top of it, she had a little waiting game with the third party warranty but it wasn’t her fault, Bel the service manager called me directly and educated me on what was going to take place and that I was a priority, Theresa and Bel was top notch professionals, My advice anytime dealing with third party warranties is to remember the dealer can only move as fast as the warranty company moves to give them the authorization to complete the work, Both sides came through for me and I’m very pleased and Berge Mazda has been great so far, Thank you Theresa and Bel

Big thanks to Brandon K and Aaron for making my first time car buying process a fun one. I was stressed out for weeks and like many other car buyers, I was dreading the dealership. I walked in initially just to test drive, and I hadn’t even spoken to this specific dealer beforehand. I did walk in with the mindset of buying if they offered the price I wanted. I test drove, and they got me the numbers I was looking for (already had quotes from other dealers on me). It was pretty smooth process from there. It took about 4 hours but it didn’t feel that way at all (another shout out to both Brandons for keeping me company). Aaron in finance did not try to push buying anything onto me (I brought upon buying an extended warranty onto myself, which I had to cancel the next day). Even cancelling the warranty, I was able to reach Aaron in less than 2 minutes and he graciously let me know he’d start on the cancellation process immediately. He even texted me it might take a couple days to come through a few days after. I felt safe and was treated like a human being (as a demographic that usually is met with a lot of belittlement at dealerships). Car came clean, but with no holes for the license plate. They did fix that asap though! And otherwise car is nice. I’ve received a lot of follow up texts after I purchased the car as well, and even some help with the car with a video on how to fix an issue I’ve been experiencing. Brandon, Brandon, and Aaron - I hope you all get to go to Japan lol. I recommend going to Tokyo Disney Sea. Anyways, this place was nice. Thank you to Kami as well :) If my sister wants a car, I’ll bring her here lol

Careful with this dealership… I bought a new Mazda from them just over a year ago and they were nice at first up but now that I have the car they have not been following correct business practices. I recently have had an issue with my Mazda CX-30 where the chrome trim on the window switches is peeling (which is a known major issue with new Mazda’s) also the turn signal is peeling and all this is only after a year of ownership with only 18,000 miles you can only imagine what the car will look like after 10 years. But anyway I took my car to Berge Mazda to see if these things were covered under the bumper to bumper warranty which I will say over the phone they did say it would be covered so I take my car in after an hour of waiting they come back and say “we would love to fix this issue but we’re fighting Mazda corporate on this one” I said ok and left when I got home I sent a message to Mazda corporate explaining my issues and how I am unhappy in which they explained that these things are not covered warranty but they will see what they can do to hopefully help fix this. So I wait and Mazda corporate starts looking into it. Turns out Berge Mazda first of all never submitted a warranty claim even if it was gonna get declined they never even submitted a claim which Mazda immediately said was a red flag and not sure why they didn’t go thru the correct process. Either way Mazda corporate then reached out to the dealership asking them for more information as to why they didn’t go thru the correct process and proceeded to ask if the dealership and corporate can both help to make these repairs. Mazda corporate reached out multiple times to the dealership thru a few weeks in which Berge Mazda completely ignored them and choose not to respond to neither me or Mazda corporate. I think it’s unacceptable that even though they didn’t make the car and these issues are mostly on Mazda as a whole that the dealership lied to me, didn’t follow proper procedure in regards to the warranty and finally decided to completely ignore corporate when they asked for an explanation on what happened and if they would be willing to help on these issues. I will no longer be dealing with this dealership at all as it seems like all they care about is selling cars and then not helping at all to keep their customers happy after they spend thousands of dollars on a new car. I will say proceed with caution with this dealership especially when it comes to maintenance stuff always double check with corporate on everything they say as if I just believed them I would have never found out they lied and didn’t go thru the proper channels for warranty

They offered 7500 for my trade (that is now sold to driveway for 11,500) that had a check engine light due to a knock sensor and that was explained to 3 people before the appraisal. I didnt want to lose a lot of money so i told them i can fix it before if they wont give me enough. They apparently think a knock sensor cost 3500 to install so I walked out and they met me at my car outside and told me 10,500 . I didnt want to work with them anymore so i left and unfortunately had to go back because they kept my spare key. When I went back they offered another 1k more so I left again. They are not honest people. Most people take the first offer and they are getting screwed over. Just another shady dealership. Dont trust them I owe 11k their reply shows they didnt pay attention and make things up. Great business 👏 also they put my personal financial information (payoff) on this reply so I will be looking into if that legal or not?

If you want perfunctory customer service then this is the place for you! Otherwise, I’d encourage you to look elsewhere for your automotive needs. Purchased a manual transmission through their parts department last November. It grenaded this November the day before Thanksgiving. 1 yr and 8 days after purchase after only 6,000 miles. Would not warranty it at all. No help. Just “sucks to be you” attitude. 🤞🏻this transmission lasts longer. Got car home and it rattled like crazy. Had to put it up on jack stands and tighten about half a dozen bolts. I get it, it was finished right before Christmas Eve, but I’d rather pick it up later with the work done correctly than earlier with shotty craftsmanship.
